Would you rather have a smaller place?

Still, there’s a ton of space to toil with at that house, plus I love the prospect of our closest friend being over a quarter mile away from me

Occasionally, picking a current place to live is always a catch-22. Option A has a nice surrounding village plus reliable heating plus a/c equipment, while chance B provides a spacious basement plus a recently redone roof for the house… However, chance A also has extensive water disfigure from a recent storm, plus chance B currently is being fumigated. See what I mean? No matter what I choose, I lose! That’s what happened to me last time I had to move, plus it looks enjoy that’s happening this time, too. I have more than 2 possible homes I can transfer into. One is a 2-family room lake house with a total of 900 square feet in space. It’s small, however it also has an excellent heating plus air conditioner that was installed just last year! Meanwhile, the other chance is a much more spacious four-family room lake house that’s a bit further outside of town. The heating plus air conditioners have been in place for over twenty years, so I’m almost guaranteed to replace the entire system within more than 2 years of owning that house. Still, there’s a ton of space to toil with at that house, plus I love the prospect of our closest friend being over a quarter mile away from me. I believe I’ll just go with the large country house. It’s a lot harder to add more space to a lake house than it is to replace an existing appliance in the house, plus I believe I’ll be much happier in the countryside surrounded by fresh air.
