What are all these arguments

The older I get, the harder it is to cut habits.  Human behavior is a tricky thing as well as more difficult to change the more entrenched it becomes.  There are not many things better than chugging a super frigid beer at the end of a long tepid afternoon.  The excruciating habit space was chugging more than three or multiple. It took a few months although I was able to still care about that first,  appealing beer without following it up. I just switched to water right after that a single awesome cool a single. I followed the same logic when I attempted to change the way I use the HVAC system.  My largest excruciating habit concerning the heating as well as cooling unit was simple neglect. I particularly didn’t believe all that much about our HVAC. I have typically tied up preventive repair for the HVAC unit.  Beyond that, I didn’t do much of anything. In order to change the behavior, I needed to quantify exactly what I wasn’t doing. First, I started adjusting the air filter every 30 nights. There was such an immediate boost to the air flow.  I then went through the rest of our condo to check out the vents. I now make sure each vent is open as well as unclogged. I have dogs who drag their beds all over the site. More often than not, they cover up a vent. The dogs also are getting combed nearly yearly as well as outside to reduce the fur landing in the filter.  Finally, I installed a smart temperature control to leverage the HVAC efficiency. All these actions have not been difficult to manage. It’s in the consistency that a behavior is born. So, hopefully I am better to our HVAC now as well as maybe I’ll even save a little cash to boot.
