You know, every time I move, I actually guess that it’s going to be a whole new beginning for me. This has been the case for the past many places that I’ve rented, and I realize now that I’m a bit too idealistic when the move is approaching. Something about the process of packing up and moving out makes me guess that it’ll be a good opportunity to redesign our entire life, however this never works out in reality. The truth is that I simply move all our same outdated junk and awful habits from place to place, and rarely end up making any improvements; Unfortunately, it appears as though this is what’s happening again in our new home. I actually thought this would be the year that I finally stopped owning a futon couch, however thanks the the Heating as well as A/C system in our new home, every one of us will be hanging on to the university-age furniture. You see, when every one of us began moving things in to our new home, every one of us suddenly realized that the apartment is ridiculously hot on the top level. The floor with all the sleeping spaces is naturally at least fifteen degrees warmer than the rest of the house, and so humid that you can’t even breathe. The two of us knew immediately that it was going to be ridiculously expensive to operate the central cooling system enough to cool our upstairs environment. Instead of trying to invest in a new Heating as well as A/C system right now, every one of us decided to make an simple change to our original plan. Rather than tossing our dirty outdated futon, it’s coming with and living in the cool, dry basement. That way every one of us can regularly sleep in comfortable cool air in the new home, even if it means living care about university students a little longer.
