I’m convinced that I’m the most empty-headed man on the planet; I truly have really no regular sense, and it’s a concern that my mother has been getting on to me about since I was just a little kid… Not only do I have no actual sense of direction and frequently find myself getting lost, I also have no idea how to do any maintenance on things around my home. As it would be, the last time I tried to do some maintenance my dishwasher, I ended up with soapy water spilling all over my kitchen floor! So when my air conditioning unit started having complications 1 Summer, I knew I was definitely in for some trouble. I love to set my temperature control to seventy-two degrees in the Summer time, which I find keeps me very cool and comfortable. Though I had set my temperature control to seventy-two, I still kept feeling hot air spew out from my air conditioner’s air vents. I was dreading having to problem solve this issue, given my current track record with fixing things. So then, I bravely took on the issue. First, I made sure that my vents were scrubbed and that my air conditioner was certainly free from dust and debris. They were both clean, as my air conditioner had been tested by an HVAC professional not very long ago. Then I went to look at my temperature control, and you wouldn’t believe what the real issue with my air conditioner turned out to be. It turns out however, I had set my temperature control to the heat setting as opposed to the cool setting, so it wouldn’t matter that I had set the temperature to seventy-two. Well, at least I didn’t have to call an HVAC serviceman to solve the problem.
