I suffer from really severe asthma. This has messed with me my whole life because I am sensitive to dusty indoor air conditions. Because of my condition, I am really on it with my air quality and keeping it clean. I have an air purifier installed in the HVAC equipment to remove odor and dust. I also have HEPA filters that have smaller than normal holes to catch dust before it goes into the heater and ac system. I even got UV lights installed in the HVAC. This cleans the air and stops dust before it even is released out of the system. How neat is that? I even have gone one step further and adjusted the moisture levels in my home with humidifiers and dehumidifiers. You would think that I would do a ton of research anytime I hire someone to come into my home. Well I messed up and hired a HVAC contractor to add ductwork to my HVAC unit. My forced air HVAC system did not have air ducts. The whole house did not get to be the same temperature. With ductwork, I can have whole home climate control. However, I did not know that ductwork installation requires walls and my ceiling coming down. The dust and plaster is affecting my indoor air quality. I can’t run any of my products or it would damage them. I am going insane and worried about my asthma with all the dust flying ground. Apparently ductwork installation takes awhile to do as well. I am looking into renting a motel room at this point.
