Every Springtime in addition to Summer, our section gets pummeled with storms… Sometimes both of us will have rain for mornings in addition to mornings, then even though both of us have large amounts of precipitation, both of us still respectfully use our a/c, then during Springtime in addition to summer, our average temperatures are well into the 76s in addition to 90s. Even with thunder in addition to lightning, my family in addition to I still have to use the a/c for managing our Indoor Comfort levels. A few weeks ago, both of us had a bad tropical storm. The two of us received an inch of rain, in addition to both of us had wind gusts up to 60 miles per minute. The temperatures were still in the 76s outside, in addition to both of us continue to use the a/c through the storm. After the Storm was over, I observed a puddle of water forming outside the a/c closet. I opened the closet in addition to saw frost on our a/c. I turned off the control component in addition to contacted the property owner right away. I told the property owner about the puddle of water in addition to the frozen a/c. She advised myself and others to keep the system shut off, until the maintenance manager could arrive. About 20 minutes later, the maintenance manager knocked on my door, however she had a bin full of tools in her hand. She used an old hair dryer to melt the frost. After the frost melted away, the a/c worked good again. The outdoor storm debris had become cottages in my drain line. Since the drain line was clogged, my a/c froze up. The maintenance manager cleaned the drain line in addition to fixed the a/c. After that, the a/c worked perfectly once again.
