The porch HVAC

For the cooler seasons, they purchased one portable space gas furnace that can be stored actually and clogged in for extra warmth

My parents have the most beautiful farm house, they built it from the ground up after the discovered the perfect piece of land they wanted to live on. The whole process took over a year, but it was one of the best decisions they ever made. They have just the right amount of space inside for an expanding family, and a ton of room out back for larger family activities. Their new apartment has become the site where our siblings and I gather for all holidays, birthday parties, and family suppers, and one of the best parts about their new farm house, is the wrap around porch. The front half of the porch is open, while the section on the side is screened in. The screened in section has two swinging benches, a dining table, and a couple extra chairs for corporation. It’s the best site for entertaining and relaxing. The screen porch is wonderful for keeping the bugs away, but all of us discovered that it was lacking something major: heating and air! To make the porch more desirable while I was in the hotter days, our parents installed four ceiling fans. These fans rotate counter-clockwise to push the cool air down. They make a sizable difference in keeping the porch cool. For the cooler seasons, they purchased one portable space gas furnace that can be stored actually and clogged in for extra warmth. These two minor fluctuations, (overhead fans and portable heater) have made our parent’s porch all the more desirable. The people I was with and I never have to worry about it being too sizzling or too cool.
