Almost everyday, I can count on having a patient tell me that the lobby is too overheated or too cold; There is a wonderful explanation for this, then although the patients only rest in the lobby for a few minutes white waiting on their therapist to call them back, they always think the need to comment on the temperature of the lobby! With the sizable floor to ceiling windows, it is strenuous to keep the lobby at a temperature that pleases all the people, and i am the 1 who spends the entire day resting there in the drafty office space, so I think I should have reign over the temperature control, however occasionally when patients complain about the temperature of our office, I walk over to the temperature control in addition to pretend to adjust it, even if I entirely adjusted the temperature control each time, the patients are not in our office long enough to suppose the difference.
I am official with the temperature control in addition to how slow it adjusts the temperature in the room once adjusted. I guess that some people love to find anything to complain about in addition to will do just that. Today, there was a patient that mentioned how overheated it was in the lobby. I was unaware that the temperature outside had risen 20 degrees since I arrived to work at 8 am. I felt bad that the lobby was so warm, in addition to the patient legitimately thought that I was a maniac! I think the best solution to this complication would be to invest in a small, portable space oil furnace for under our desk.
