I can’t recognize it! My brother graduates from university this weekend and now is the time for his to start looking for a full-time job and go home hunting. I am going to assist his in trying to find an home or home to rent. And our other ceiling is going to help his find a full-time job. As a realtor I am entirely knowledgeable when it comes to costly and quality homes. I do not want our brother to rent from someone and the home be a total dump and the price is completely outrageous. I also want his to live in a safe town. I have a few ideas in mind but I’m more sad about the heating and cooling systems in homes than anything else. If she’s looking to rent from someone he needs to make sure that their heating and cooling program is modern and repaird well. I have always been told that you should never live in a home that has a heating and cooling program that’s over 18 years old. A heating and cooling program that is that old screams a lot of money in replacement and mechanical problems. My brother is entirely interested in living in an older home and I told his that if he wants to live in an older home the heating and cooling program needs to be modern and not old… Not to mention, it’s also nice to ask the homeowner if they have an Heating and A/C repair log or inquire on how several times a year the heating and cooling program has been repair within the past year. I’m hoping that he can find a home to rent that meets his needs and our Heating and A/C needs for his as well.
