That is not a bad idea

The older I get, the harder it is to chop habits.  Human behavior is a tricky thing plus more difficult to change the more entrenched it becomes.  There are not several things better than chugging a super frigid beer at the end of a long hot day.  The poor habit part was chugging more than three or more than four. It took a few weeks but I was able to still like that first, beautiful beer separate from following it up.  I just switched to water right after that a single awesome cool a single. I followed the same logic when I attempted to change the way I use the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system.  My largest poor habit concerning the heating plus cooling unit was simple neglect. I particularly didn’t believe all that much about my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. I have consistently tied up preventive maintenance for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit.  Beyond that, I didn’t do much of anything. In order to change the behavior, I needed to quantify exactly what I wasn’t doing. First, I started changing the air filter every 30 days. There was such an immediate boost to the air flow. I then went through the rest of my condo to check out the vents.  I now make sure each vent is open plus unobstructed. I have cats who drag their beds all over the place. More often than not, they cover up a vent. The cats also are getting combed nearly weekly plus outside to reduce the fur landing in the filter. Finally, I installed a smart control unit to leverage the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C efficiency.  All these actions have not been difficult to manage. It’s in the consistency that a behavior is born. So, hopefully I am better to my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C now plus maybe I’ll even save a little money to boot.
