Teaching employees

Since I have run our own Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation for the last few decades, I have l earned quite a few things about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C industry that everyone don’t know. I get kids who have just graduated out of an Heating, Ventilation and A/C program that thought they knew everything about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component they were working with. They had been taught all of the theory and book knowledge, however they were missing all of the practical experience that repairing and installing oil oil furnaces and cooling systems for a few decades gives you. Though the Heating, Ventilation and A/C field has changed in some ways and has improved, Heating, Ventilation and A/C component isn’t much strange than it was when I first got a job at another Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation. One of the most frustrating parts about working in the Heating, Ventilation and A/C field is that people abuse our knowledge. When I hire somebody for our Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, I instantly begin teaching them and training them to toil on Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. I show them all of the tips and tricks that I have l earned after all of these years, and they become wonderful as Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporations. Then, a single day, they will just quit their jobs and start their own Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies in the same city, becoming our competitors. Since they suppose all of our prices and customers, they try to steal business from our Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation. I just don’t understand how people can be care about that. I spent hours and a lot of cash showing them everything that I knew about Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, just for them to leave. They slander and double-cross me! Whatever happened to people who are willing to toil for an employer faithfully until they earned a nice position in our corporation?
