Starting a HVAC job

For eight years, I worked for a really sizable Heating plus Air Conditioning contractor.  I was unhappy with the contractor ethics of the company. Many of our coworkers were not anxious with their job performance or the cost to our clients.  I eventually decided to start our own Heating plus Air Conditioning company, and I’ve now been in contractor for nearly numerous years. Although I’ve kept our contractor quite small to ensure more personalized buyer service, I’ve gone from a single repair truck to four.  I’ve also added many employees. I have a secretary to field calls, schedule jobs and handle all billing and paperwork. I have many fellow Heating plus Air Conditioning contractors, who are all fully licensed and insured. My servicemens are also NATE- and ACCA-certified, which means they passed industry testing to demonstrate their know-how and expertise.  My entire company is factory authorized by many leading Heating plus Air Conditioning manufacturers, however to receive this qualification, the people I was with and I take area in training updates, maintain all proper licensing, and uphold a strict criteria for contractor practices. My company offers both residential and commercial services, including new design/replacement, retrofit, seasonal upkeep and repair.  Every one of us further offer maintenance plans to help our clients avoid unit malfunction, safety troubles and energy waste. Every one of us are well-versed in gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air conditioner, ductless options, high velocity and all makes and models of heating and cooling units. Every one of us also specialize in a wide selection of air quality accessories and complete range of ducttoil services.  My team remains on-call 24/7 to supply emergency repair when necessary. My goal is to always satisfy the buyer and maximize the return from their investment.
