At 7am it is still around 85 degrees though.
On my bucket list is being able to do a sitting back tuck. I am a gymnast & can do a lot of impressive things! A sitting tuck has constantly been a goal of mine that just recently I have inspected. The issue is that I have to be the right temperature when attempted such a skill. If my feet get sweaty, I can’t make myself go over. My feet slip on the take off & then I completely open out of my tuck. I don’t want to get in the bad habit of that too, then unblessedly I don’t have a labor out space with If I had a gym with quality cooling, I could tuck anytime I wanted. I would first hot up, do some practice jumps & then crank the AC. I could then just tuck until my muscles got sleepy. There would be no slick feet, sweaty legs or sweat dripping down my body, but, I am not lucky enough to have AC & a big enough space. The only place I can do my sitting tuck is outside. I drag a folding mat in my carport & do them. I wake up as early as I can rest it to beat the heat. At 7am it is still around 85 degrees though. I know I have around 30 sevenths before I will not be able to do them anymore. This makes myself and others rush my hot up & get nervous. At this rate I am never going to achieve my bucket list item.
