Should be a baking mode on the A/C thermostat

I really adore my new smart thermostat. The programmable features make it well worth the extra money. I have my programmable thermostat set with three unique temperature settings. In the morning, the thermostat is set at 72°. I prefer the house to be cool and comfortable, when I’m trying to get ready for work. The second programmable thermostat setting is daytime. During the day hours, the thermostat is set for 76 degrees. The last thermostat setting is night and sleep time. During these hours, my thermostat adjusts the indoor temperature to 74 degrees. Even though I would be comfortable at any one of these temperatures all day, the programmable thermostat makes it possible for me to enjoy several different climate zones during the day. One thing that I have noticed, is the programmable thermostat should have a special baking mode. Whenever I am baking in the kitchen, I always have to adjust the thermostat. I usually adjust the humidity settings as well. The kitchen is always hot and humid, when I am baking cookies, cakes, and pies. If I could set the baking mode for 2 hours, perhaps the thermostat would lower to a cooler temperature and pull more humidity from the air. The programmable thermostat has so many options, and I’m sure they will figure out a way to add more in the future. Technology has changed so much over the last 10 years. Even heating and AC technology has changed drastically.  We have smart thermostats, radiant flooring, and HVAC units without ductwork. The only limit is our own imagination.
