My job as a recruiter

I spent most of our working care about working as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation for a large union in our state, and i have spent countless hours working on broken oil oil furnaces and malfunctioning cooling systems, striving to keep the customers happy and comfortable.

  • I can’t tell you how several countless hours that I have spent installing brand new Heating, Ventilation and A/C component in houses that were being built, knowing that this house would soon be a finished product with an Heating, Ventilation and A/C component that would last them a long time without any trouble or need to call our Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation.

However, in recent years, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation that I toil for sends me to schools to recruit prospective students into our Heating, Ventilation and A/C program to train more workers for the future, while I have found that not as several younger students are interested in studying how to repair and install Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment, I have found quite a few… Usually, every one of us look for students who spend a lot of time in shop classes and hands-on courses, knowing that they will be naturals when it comes to Heating, Ventilation and A/C units! Some of the hardest times that I ever had in this job is when students are super happy about joining the Heating, Ventilation and A/C school before they eventually back out. I invest hours teaching them and answering all their questions, just before they decide to go to college instead of an Heating, Ventilation and A/C school. It breaks our heart to know of all that student debt! If they stayed with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation, they would get paid to learn instead of paying for it all with debt! And they would learn a lavish skill that will not likely go away!
