The Heating and Air Conditioning corporation I work for hired a local office supply store to print up some flyers and other advertising materials… We chose the logo and design, and sent them all of the print material, but the first review came last week, and every single one of us approved the flyers. They were sent to the office and everything looked great. This afternoon we got the massive banners for outside, and the price is wrong. The price is proper on the flyers, so I don’t understand the confusion. It should say Heating and Air Conditioning tune-up special for 50.00, and our Heating and Air Conditioning company is slow during Spring, and we wanted to advertise the special to boost our Spring sales, instead of big bold, yellow letters screaming 50.00, the sign says 100.00, but no one is going to call us at that price for a tune-up. The average Heating and Air Conditioning service call fee is less than that price. I already called the printer and told them about the problem, however sadly, it’s going to take another 2 weeks to get the advertising banners back. That’s 2 weeks of advertising that every one of us lose, because the printing corporation was wrong. I’m entirely annoyed and I don’t understand how a big mistake could slip through the cracks. I told the printing corporation that I would not pay for the banners, now that I have to wait an extras numerous afternoons. The next time we need to have banners and flyers made, I am going to hire a different one. I thought it would be best to go with a big corporation, but maybe a small mom and pop would give better service.
