Last Wednesday evening, the a/c went out in our house, and it was the worst timing possible, however not only was it the middle of August, however we were experiencing a heat wave. It was also after 6, so most Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractors were closed for the evening. I knew if I called the emergency Heating, Ventilation and A/C line, then I’d pay double what I’d normally pay to have our AC unit system maintained. I also weighed our minute option, which was sleeping in an 85 degree lake home with little to no air flow. I knew I wouldn’t sleep without our cool a/c, so I bit the bullet plus called the emergency Heating, Ventilation and A/C line, then the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional I spoke on the iPhone with was surprisingly pleasant considering it was after hours on a Wednesday evening, plus he assured me he’d be at our door in 45 minutes… While I was waiting, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company sent me a respected document sharing information about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional who was on the way, with a photo attached as well. I absolutely loved this, as it was getting dark. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional arrived 5 minutes early, plus was incredibly friendly plus helpful… He didn’t beat around the bush when telling me our air filter needed upgraded, or how much the filter plus repair was going to cost that evening. I valued his honesty plus loved his time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, plus it was worth every penny to go to sleep that evening with a functioning a/c.
