My sister and I grew up playing many odd sports. During the fall and winter, my sister and I played football and hoops. During the Spring, we played baseball. All of us consistently had a lot of fun with our friends, and we even managed to win a championship or two, and when my wifey and I had adolescents, we tried to focus on Sports and academics. All of us were delighted when both of our adolescents liked hoops. They started shooting Hoops around eight years of age, and continued right into High School, since my oldest child was held back a grade, both of the boys finished their senior year of school together. They were both on the varsity hoops team, waiting and hoping for a school scholarship. When my wifey and I found out that the gym was going to be closed during hoops season, we were unquestionably frustrated. The school needed to update the HVAC equipment. A recent investigation of the ductlabor revealed a grave mold issue. The school needed to close the gym immediately and begin to remediate the mold in the ductwork. Since the HVAC method was well aged, they decide to renew the entire method at once. The adolescents were devastated the problem could not wait. The parents were outraged, but the school board could not do anything. The health department demanded the HVAC duct labor be fixed, and luckily, the local YMCA allowed us to use the hoops court for practice. All of the games are now away games, but none of the adolescents will miss out on scholarship opportunities.
