I should have known not to buy a movie ticket when I saw the Heating and A/C truck

There’s this new movie out that I’ve genuinely been wanting to see, then i have been wanting to see it for the past 2 weeks, but with the holidays and everything going on, I just haven’t had the time to go; Today, I finally had the afternoon free, but the weather was terrible.

It was storming and snowing and the temperature just kept cooing off more and more as the day went on, but I was determined not to miss our option to see the movie so I jumped in the car, turned the car oil furnace on high, and let the heating vents blow on our cold hands all the way to the Regal Cinema.

I know I should have known not to buy a ticket to the movie when I pulled into the theater parking lot and saw the commercial Heating and A/C truck parked by the front doors. It should have been a large signal that maybe this week wasn’t the right day to sit through a movie, but I bought a ticket anyway, apparently, the heating system in the whole theater was on the bconnect and the commercial Heating and A/C business was there trying to get everything back up and in laboring order. The manager of the theater assured me that the Heating and A/C business would have their heating system fixed up in no time at all, and so I got our ticket and went to settle into our seat in the theater. It was freezing in there! I think the temperature couldn’t have been any more than forty degrees in the theater and even though the heating system kicked on about halfway through the movie, the temperature never did start heating up.
