I need something a bit smaller

My city is an ever-decreasing skyline; those who make it happen are in short supply.  Positions for skilled plumbers, electricians, brickmasons as well as carpenters are numerous as well as as a heating and air conditioning provider, I have my share of difficulties maintaining my staff of licensed heating and air conditioning employees.  My heating and cooling supplier can offer good currency, benefits as well as a steady paycheck. However, I am still having trouble hiring enough licensed heating and air conditioning workers to be fully staffed. Of course, my heating and air conditioning supplier is growing actually fast, trying to keep up with the growth that is happening in our area.  As the economy strengthens, local corporations are finding it difficult to hire enough skilled workers to handle this construction boom. My heating and air conditioning supplier is no different. The amount of new heating and cooling system replacements are tremendous enough. Yet still after that, all of us still have plenty of the A/C repairs as well as heating and air conditioning preventive maintenance appointments from our base client list.  I know that having too many customers is a problem worth having as well as my heating and air conditioning supplier is no exception. However, having so much heating and air conditioning clientele as well as not enough licensed heating and cooling workers has forced myself and my team to turn some heating and air conditioning work down temporarily. I am also sending qualified candidates through heating and air conditioning training, with the agreement that once they are licensed, they work for me.  In this booming economy, any service provider in the trades has to be willing to try anything to get fully staffed. My heating and air conditioning supplier is going through growing pains right now/ I guess it will continue for a while, however what a good problem to have!
