I know the building could be heated

I have been in contractor for several years now as a personal trainer. I am currently to the point where I want to have my own physical location to grow my company even larger. I am considering buying land in addition to building a new structure, or finding a building that I could renovate in addition to turn into a training space. I am leaning toward the first option. I suppose I could get exactly what I need to get started by taking more clients for the least amount of money and the shortest amount of time. I could have a facility up quickly in addition to fully running in a matter of weeks with just a basic structure, concrete flooring, nothing fancy. I would have to make sure I have a good Heating & Air Conditioning plan because the weather here can range from ninety degrees in the warm season to below zero in winter. I would like to have both cooling and heating to keep our clients comfortable all year long. Depending on the land I could potentially cool the area with a natural breeze for a while then install a forced air Heating & Air Conditioning unit at a later time. I do intend to have concrete flooring, in addition to the radiant heating system. I believe it might be enough to heat the entire building so we won’t need any ductwork. I have also heard this type of heating is more efficient in order to keep utilities low. I believe it’s worth looking into for sure.
