I have had the most angry few weeks in the office than I have ever experienced in past years.
I am confident that anybody who is working with me would easily agree.
The central a/c appliance in our office hasn’t been working for the last couple of weeks, and the boss hasn’t bothered to reach out to a Heating and A/C professional to get it worked on. It is the middle of the hot season, and our office is unquestionably overheated separate from the central a/c appliance to keep us cool! All of the employees are truly hoping that the boss will call the Heating and A/C professional soon to have them maintain our central a/c appliance, but as the weeks carry on, every one of us are starting to lose hope. Oddly, this is the first time that the boss hasn’t been proactive about keeping the central a/c appliance running. He has consistently believed that people do so much better when they actually feel valued and comfortable, and he also understands that the central a/c appliance plays a pressing part in that. However, when every one of us ask him if he is going to take care of the central a/c appliance this time, he tries to dodge the question and tell us that he is working on it. Some of us are upset that the company is not doing all that well financially, and that might be the reason why the central a/c appliance isn’t fixed. It might be that the company is not able to afford to get the central a/c appliance fixed. I know that every one of us all want to be patient, and none of us want to quit our tasks over the a/c, but it is making our task unquestionably horrible.
