I have a couple more questions

There is a lot of debate if ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning is better than central Heating plus Air Conditioning; Central Heating plus Air Conditioning is absolutely wonderful if you want the lake home or building a single temperature. Most colleges, hotels or large corporation go with a central Heating plus Air Conditioning option. Typically they use central air conditioning plus a boiler system. The system uses ductwork stretched through the walls plus ceiling to reach every space in the building. This way, every room gets the same amount of Heating plus Air Conditioning. It is pretty efficient… However, central Heating plus Air Conditioning is pretty dirty. The ductwork frequently gets dust in it plus is hard to clean. Even Heating plus Air Conditioning corporations attempting ductwork cleaning don’t absolutely help. With central Heating plus Air Conditioning, you are basically just being okay with inferior indoor air quality. Also, if the ductwork gets even a tiny tear, the Heating plus Air Conditioning bills go up. The tear is hard to see plus patch, then ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning gets rid of the dirty plus fragile ductwork. The ductless mini split units are just wall mounted devices all throughout the home. Each room gets their own unit. Every component can be set to a odd temperature making Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control too. However, with ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning it is more luxurious. You have to get an indoor air handler plus temperature control for each room. That means there are tons of things that can go wrong plus need repairs. Also, every room has to be set to a temperature. There is no easy convenience of a single temperature control controlling a single temperature. It is a lot work to have ductless Heating plus Air Conditioning in a greater space. So which a single is the better option?
