Living in the southwestern part of the united states of america is honestly nothing but sheer, utter hell if you ask my opinion. Here we are at the end of January, and while most people in this country are either having to run their central heating systems or not having any heat on if the weather is cool but mild. Here in the southwestern part of the country, I am running my air conditioning in the day time hours! If I even walk outside the air is so dead, dry and still it makes me sick! I truly hate this place and hope to get out when money will allow! I really miss normal earthly things like seasons….you know, winter, spring, summer and fall. Where in January I can run my central heating system and enjoy the nice vision of the snow outside. Here in the southwest, there are 2 seasons…summer and hell. That is the best way to describe it to be honest. Not to mention, from having to run the air conditioning almost all year round at different temperatures, the energy bills here are super high! I do not think I have ever lived anywhere in the world that I had to pay between 300 and 400 dollars on monthly energy bills! And believe me, there is no energy saving tips that can help anyone in this place. Central air conditioning is a must, and without it, you very well could die. If you are ever thinking about moving to the southwest, think twice! Do not make the same mistake I did, unless you love high bills and nothing but air conditioning to survive!
