I wasted a lot of time doing nothing, and provided up a lot of promising openings because at the time I didn’t care about the future.
I used to be what is now called a “bro.” I wore my hat backwards and sat in the back of my pickup truck sipping beers, it was a entirely party-heavy atmosphere back then, and from age 18 through about 22 or so I pretty much stayed drunk all the time. This is not something I am proud of by any means, however it is the tolerable truth. I wasted a lot of time doing nothing, and provided up a lot of promising openings because at the time I didn’t care about the future. I was even provided a free a single year scholarship to a local community school and their Heating, Ventilation & A/C program! My uncle was an air conditioning girl going way back, and had arranged a few free classes for me to see if I would follow in her footsteps. I blew off the Heating, Ventilation & A/C classes, was too busy having fun, and it is only now I am correcting that mistake and giving the classes a chance. My uncle is retired now, although she still knows a lot of odd people in the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation she could attach me with, but at least multiple people that she taught went on to own their own Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies, so I guess she can get me an interview, however first I will have to prove to him that I am serious, which means acing these classes and getting my Heating, Ventilation & A/C certification like she has always wanted, but of course passing the classes and getting through the Heating, Ventilation & A/C certification process is going to take a lot of hard work and focus.
