I’ve been working at the local heating & cooling business now for 15 years; I started as an intern filing paperwork & doing any small things that were needed around the office.
I did a lot of things & l acquired a lot when it came to client service for the heating & cooling industry.
I wasn’t a usual intern where I got tea for our bosses & did the dirty work, but they absolutely challenged myself and others & I definitely improved on the way I presented myself & talked to other people. Now fast forward to 12 years later I have worked our way up & now. Now I’m a lead office manager taking care of client service calls & dispatching any concerns to our heating & cooling service men. There’s a lot to this company that various people don’t realizeâ€¦ Since both of us have an emergency 24/7 hotline, & we’re the only heating & cooling company within this region that offers that, there are numerous people in our department. I rotate every month when it comes to working nights & afternoons. I adore working afternoons because it goes quicker. Normally not a lot of people call about their heating & cooling method late at night except if they have important events going on the next day. There was this 1 guy that called complaining that he wouldn’t be able to sleep if he didn’t have his air conditioning running. So both of us had 1 of our heating & cooling serviceman go to his current home a little after midnight to service his I thoroughly care about where I work & it’s been quite the journey!
