I have been a pretty major dust sensitivity sufferer most of my life.
When I was residing at my residence with my parents, this wasn’t such an awful thing because they had a really nice HEPA filter that actually helped control the amount of dust, dirt, plus germs that would linger in the air.
However, when I moved out on my own plus was stuck in a junky little apartment, the indoor air quality was less than desirable. I was hoping to purchase a HEPA filter, something like what my parents had at their place! The HEPA filters were on sale at the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine dealer too, so you would guess that it would be the ideal time to buy some. The setback here was, they were all sold out by the time I went to purchase some… So I opted for some sitting air purification machines instead. Those air purification machines certainly helped however they just couldn’t do the same amount of work. So I started looking for other options. What I found was a UV light filter. These you could actually get from your local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation plus they basically work by linking to your heating plus cooling machine. From there everything the light touches will destroy any germs or bacteria that could be lingering in your breathing air. The only true issue is you have to check on it often enough to make sure that the bulb has not burned out. If the bulb has burned out, having a UV light filter is not going to do much. I got a single one of these for myself to try them out plus I have noticed that it seems to be improving my indoor air quality levels by a good amount. I later was able to also get a HEPA filter plus having these working together solved the terrible indoor air quality levels problem.
