I’ve been an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation for 15 years, plus I adore what I do; I fell into the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C industry in a bizarre way. After graduating high university, I didn’t want to enroll in a large university appreciate all my friends. Instead, my Dad encouraged myself and others to try a technical university for at least a year before accepting any full time tasks locally, but with sheer randomness, I enrolled in the heating plus air courses, but I didn’t anticipate easily liking it, however now, here I am all these years later plus I can’t imagine being someplace else. Although I adore being a certified Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation, there are days that are easily hard, then for example, Last yearI was at a client’s condo performing a yearly service request. While I was examining her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment, I noticed a small part was missing plus it needed repaired. If it wasn’t repaired, her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment would lose efficiency over time plus it could cause larger complications. When I told him this, she asked myself and others how much it was going to cost. After telling him the price, she lashed out plus accused myself and others of scamming him. She said she could find the part much cheaper online plus repair it on her own. As a professional, I hate when customers say they can find something for a cheaper price plus believe I don’t consider their best interest. I left feeling angry. A month later, the same client called myself and others back asking for myself and others to order the replacement. I believe she couldn’t find a cheaper price after all.
