Do I listen to my friend’s advice?

When my son Frank let us know that he was going to become a plumber, we truly couldn’t have been more excited! My hubby and I have constantly stressed to Frank that he could be whatever he wanted to be when he was an adult. Part of me is totally blissful that Frank has decided to skip going to university entirely. He has made the decision that instead of accumulating all of those university loans that it will take him forever to pay off, he’s going to go to trade school instead. After that, Frank plans to go and locate an apprenticeship with a local plumbing dealer and complete an internship as a plumber’s aide. I asked him what he plans to do after completing the plumbing internship and he filled me in that he’s not sure yet however he thinks that he wants to get his own plumbing dealer going eventually. He said that once he figures out how to install toilets, bathtubs, shower, sinks, and showers, he thinks that he would absolutely love to have a dealer that specializes in installing fashion bathrooms and fashion plumbing. He thinks that everyone who happens to be building high-end, super pricey dwellings would appreciate to have a plumber who knows precisely how to deal with those sorts of plumbing fixtures. My hubby and I think it’s a fantastic idea, since there are no plumbing companies around here that list fashion plumbing as a specialty in any of their advertisements. I’m pretty proud that our son already has this plan for his future, and I’m also happy that I’ll have a plumber in our family!
