AC at the bnb

I really would like to be doing something I enjoy since my kids are grown. And I thought that opening an air B&B would be just the thing! It would also be very rewarding. I just bought this giant old victorian style old house on the coast as well as the only thing that I really think that I need to do before opening for business is to get the heating system, the central air conditioner unit, plus all of the HVAC ductwork replaced, and other than that, I think the only thing that I want to install additionally is a state of the art air cleaner. I would really prefer for our bed and breakfast guests to notice the high indoor air quality levels in our establishment, then also, I really think that I need to go ahead and finally have zone control heating as well as cooling installed so that each room will have its own separate temperature control thermostat controls! That’s always been one of my number one pet peeves about staying in hotels – being able to turn the heating and cooling unit up or down as much as I want to from our own little air conditioner plan located right in the room! I looked into ductless mini-cut systems, however it turns out that those are for greater areas, however and I don’t want to put in window A/C units because they would obstruct the ocean views. I have a call in to the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier and they are supposed to go out to the house next week and call me with an estimate.
